Hatha Yoga offers it’s practitioners an opportunity to align with their highest virtues. To grow from our basic sense of structure (Asanas) into and beyond the mind (Citta) toward a consistent relationship with the self (Purusha), we are reminded of our development toward a healthy and confident disposition as well as a peaceful lifestyle.
Vinyasa is the combining of breath with movement, our connection of the two warms the body internally, loosening the muscles, preparing us for a unique flow which seamlessly evolves posture to posture until finalé. Highlighting our physically enduring practice as we begin to relax & cool the body to stillness.
Yin is the practice of opening, loosening & relaxing deep into the soft tissue surrounding our joints; the connective tissue. Upon bringing awareness to our mobility we start to enhance in acceptance, mature in emotional understanding as well as increase in flexibility. This practice improves mental focus & calms our reactive nerves.
